medium tomatoes, peeled
1 medium cucumber, peeled and seeded
1/2 large onion
3 cloves of garlic
2 jalapenos, seeded (optional)
1 12oz. can of tomato juice
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 Tbsp lime juice
1
Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
1 Tbsp chopped fresh chives

Roughly
chop the tomatoes, cucumber, onion, garlic, and jalapeno, and place
them in a mixing bowl. Add the can of tomato juice, worcestershire
sauce, vinegar, olive oil, and lime juice.
In
batches, process the mixture in a blender or food processor to the
desired consistency.
Transfer
the puree to another mixing bowl, and add the cilantro and chives.
Mix well.
Cover
the bowl, and refrigerate for a few hours, to let the flavors mingle.
Serve
with a dollop of sour cream, and a sprinkle of cilantro and chives
to garnish.
