In
a frying pan, brown the sausage, and then place in a medium soup
kettle.
In
the same frying pan, combine the oil and flour. Cook and stir until
thick and bubbly. Add the oil and flour mixture into the kettle.
Add
the rest of the ingredients to the kettle, and bring to a boil.
Reduce
the heat to medium low, and simmer for 20-30 minutes, until the
vegetables are tender.
Remove
from the heat, and serve.
