Cuban Sandwiches
Ingredients
4 sandwich rollsRoasted pork
8 slices ham
8 slices provolone cheese
dill pickle slices
mustard
Directions
Open up the rolls, and spread mustard on the insides.
Divide the pork, ham, cheese, and pickle slices among the sandwich rolls.
Close the sandwiches, and grill on a sandwich press until golden brown, and the cheese is melted.
If you don't have a sandwich press, heat two heavy skillets in the oven for 20-30 minutes. When hot, remove them from the oven, and press the sandwich between them.
