This is a great salad for summer. It's light, and easy to prepare without a lot of cooking. I served this to my family on the Fourth Of July, and they loved it. To make this salad as a main dish, simply use a whole pear for each salad, rather than just a half, and increase the amount of prosciutto, gorgonzola, and spinach.
