Maple Barbecued Chicken
Ingredients
4 skinless chicken
thighs
3 Tbsp. maple syrup
3 Tbsp. chili sauce
1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
1 Tbsp. canola oil
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 cup. apple wood chips
Directions
Soak apple wood chips in water for 30 minutes.
Preheat grill
Combine syrup, chili sauce, vinegar, and mustard together in a saucepan.
Brush the chicken with the oil, and season with salt and pepper.
Add the wood chips to the coals.
Place the chicken on the grill, and cook for 10-15 minutes, or until fork tender.
Turn occasionally and brush generously with the sauce in the last few minutes before they are done.
