Chicken With Tomato And Marsala Cream Sauce
Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless
chicken breast halves
1 cup heavy cream
3 Tbsp tomato paste
1/4 cup marsala wine
dash of garlic powder
1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
1/4 cup shredded fontina cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 425F degrees.
In a small saucepan, combine the cream, tomato paste, marsala, and garlic powder.
Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 10-15 minutes.
Place the chicken breasts in a baking pan, pour the sauce over the chicken, and sprinkle some of the cheese on each chicken breast.
Place into the oven, and cook for about 25-30 minutes.
Remove from the oven and serve.
The chicken can
be served on it's own, or on a bed of pasta or rice
