Steak In A Dish

Ingredients

one large steak
6 carrots, sliced
1 onion, sliced
6 potatoes, diced
1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
1 can of condensed tomato soup, mixed with 1/2 can of water
salt and pepper

Directions

Slice the steak into long strips, and place in the bottom of a casserole dish, season lightly with salt and pepper.

Cover the steak with the onion, and season with a little salt and pepper.

Cover the onion with the sliced carrots, and season with a little salt and pepper.

Cover the carrots with the diced potatoes, and season with a little salt and pepper.

Mix the worcestershire sauce with the soup and water, and pour into the casserole dish.

Cover, and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours, or until the vegetables are tender.

Serve and enjoy.
