Trim any excess
fat off of the meat. Take the taco seasoning, and rub it all over
the surface of the meat.
Place the meat
and any excess taco seasoning into a crockpot. Add the water, boullion,
and liquid smoke.
Cover and cook
on high for about 4-5 hours. Take two forks, and shred the beef.
Turn the crockpot to low, and continue to cook for another 30 minutes.
This meat is
great for chili, or burritos, or just eat it on its own.
