Preheat oven
to 425F degrees.
Trim any excess
fat and membrane off of the tenderloin.
Using your hands,
coat the tenderloin with the pesto.
Again, using
your hands, coat the tenderloin with the parmesan cheese.
Wrap the tenderloin
with the prosciutto slices.
Place into a
baking pan, and place the pan in the oven for about 35-40 minutes.
Remove the tenderloin
from the oven, and transfer to a serving plate. Cover loosely with
aluminum foil, and let the meat rest for 5-10 minutes.
Slice the tenderloin
and serve.
