Pork Chops Braised In White Wine

Ingredients

4 pork chops
1 Tablespoon oil
1/2 teaspoon sage
1 teaspoon rosemary
1/2 cup dry white wine

Directions

Heat the oil on medium high heat in a medium frying pan.

Add the pork chops, and cook for 3-4 minutes per side.

Sprinkle the sage and rosemary over the pork chops.

Add the wine

Bring to a boil, reduce the heat to low, cover and simmer for 1 hour.

Yield: 4 pork chops.
