Sausage Casserole

1 lb bulk breakfast
sausage, cooked, crumbled and drained
5 c cooked biscuits, crumbled (1 lg can of biscuits)
1 c chopped celery
1/4 c chopped onion
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 c chicken broth
1 c chopped mushrooms
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 tsp poultry seasoning
parsley if desired

Mix all ingredients
together well.
Bake in a 2
1/2 qt casserole dish at 450 degrees for approximately 30 minutes
or until lightly brown on top.
Serves 6-8
