Mix all of the
ingredients, except for the wood chips together. Place in a ziploc
bag, and marinate the steak for 4 hours, or overnight.
Soak wood chips
in water for 30 minutes, and add to the hot coals just before commencing
to grill.
Grill the steak
to the desired doneness.
