Baby Back Ribs With Mustard Sauce

Ingredients

1/3 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 cup mustard
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
4 pounds pork spareribs or pork loin ribs, cut into pieces

Directions

For the sauce:

In a saucepan, combine brown sugar, onion, vinegar, mustard, celery seed, and garlic powder. Bring to a boil, stirring until the sugar dissolves.

Preheat the grill, and adjust the heat for indirect cooking.

Place the ribs on the grill rack over medium heat. Cover and grill for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours or until ribs are tender, and no pink remains.

Brush occasionally with the sauce during the last 15 minutes of grilling.
