Garbanzo Bean Salad

Simple Garbanzo Bean Salad

Ingredients:

2 15oz. cans of garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
¼ of a sweet Walla Walla onion
2 plum tomatoes, seeded and chopped
½ of a medium cucumber, peeled, seeded, and chopped
1 5oz can of tuna, drained
½ cup mayonnaise
1 Tbsp lemon juice
¼ tsp garlic powder

Directions:

In a large mixing bowl, combine the garbanzo beans, onion, tomatoes, cucumber, and tuna.

In a small mixing bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, and garlic powder.

Add the dressing to the garbanzo beans, and mix to coat the beans and vegetables with the dressing.

Cover, chill, and serve cold.
