Strawberry Butter

Ingredients

3/4 c fresh strawberries
1 1/2 sticks butter
1 Tbsp honey

Directions

Puree berries in the blender.

Have all ingredients at room temperature and gradually wisk honey and berries into the butter.

Chill before serving.

Great with biscuits or pancakes.
