Apple Butter
Ingredients
5 cups apples
(cooked and mashed)
5 cups sugar
2 Tbsp vinegar
1 tsp cinnamon
Directions
In a 425 degree oven, heat a 9" cast iron skillet with 2 Tbsp. Butter.
Mix the remaining ingredients thoroughly. Pour into the hot skillet, and bake for 13 minutes.
Remove from the oven, and slice. Serve with jam or preserves.
