Poached Salmon

Ingredients

1/2 cup chopped green onions
1 Tbsp. Butter or margarine
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1/2 cup half and half cream
2 Tbsp Chicken broth
2 Tbsp Dill weed
4 Salmon steaks (1” thick)

Directions

Sauté the onions in butter

Add the soup, cream, chicken broth and dill weed. Place salmon steaks on top.

Cover and simmer until fish flakes easily with a fork, about 25-35 minutes.

Serves 4
