Crab Quesadillas
Ingredients
4 large flour
tortillas
1 6 oz. can of lump crab meat
1 4 oz. can of green chilies
2 green onions, chopped
2 Tbsp finely chopped fresh cilantro
5 oz. Montery Jack Cheese, shredded
Sour cream
Directions
Heat a large, non-stick skillet over medium high heat.
Place one tortilla in the skillet, sprinkle on 1/2 of the cheese, 1/2 of the chilies, 1/2 of the green onions, 1/2 of the cilantro, and 1/2 of the crab meat. Place another tortilla on top.
Cook for 2-3 minutes, until the tortilla is starting to brown, and the cheese starts to melt.
Carefully turn the quesadilla over, and cook until lightly browned, and the cheese is melted.
Garnish with sour cream.
