Cream Cheese, Sun Dried Tomato, and Basil Spread
Ingredients
3 8oz. packages
of cream cheese
1 head roasted
garlic
1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
6-8 sun dried tomatoes packed in oil (if not packed in oil, then soak
in a bowl of warm water for 20 minutes before using)
1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese.
Directions
Finely chop the sun dried tomatoes and the roasted garlic.
Shred the basil leaves with a sharp knife, or tear them into small pieces with your hands.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, roasted garlic, basil, tomaotes, parmesan cheese, and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for an hour, to let the flavors blend.
Serve with plenty of crackers.
